Realtors who have registered for the Hutto Highlands Realtor Loyalty Program enjoy special commission incentives in addition to any other incentives that may be applicable to home contracts that are fully executed before December 31, 2010 *.

*Incentives are only applicable to closings in the Hutto Highlands neighborhood. The Hutto Highlands Realtor Loyalty Program consists of a 3% commission on the first closing/ 3% commission plus $2,000 bonus on the 2nd closing/ 3% commission plus $3,000 bonus on the 3rd closing and subsequent closings until the end of 2010. The Hutto Highlands Realtor Loyalty Program may be changed or terminated without prior notice. Commission/bonus offer and home showing incentives cannot be combined with any other offer unless expressly permitted in writing by Steven Scott Builders. Hutto Highlands Realtor Loyalty Program, including commission/bonus offer and home showings incentives is subject to all program terms and conditions.
